If
you have been a “qualifying member”* of AGENCY
BUILDER SYSTEM, INC. for at least 2 of the last 3 years
immediately prior to becoming totally disabled and qualify
for totally disabled Social Security Benefits then you
will be considered totally disabled by AGENCY BUILDER
SYSTEM, INC. and will receive your down line OVERRIDES
as long as you are disabled but for a period not to exceed
5 years. If you become ineligible to receive social security
total disability then you will have to meet the minimum
production requirements to receive your OVERRIDES.
This will not include any bonuses or fees.
You will have no production requirements.
Once you elect this option you cannot later exercise the
“SELL YOUR AGENCY DOWN LINE ORGANIZATION.”
* A “qualifying member” is
an agent (AGENCY BUILDER) who has met the minimum production
requirements for the year. |
